Transactional funding can be an ideal option for investors who are:
- Buying real estate at auctions: These transactions can require investors to come up with funds within days, sometimes within as little as 24 to 48 hours, to complete the purchase. It can also be appealing for investors who don’t have enough money or who don’t want to use their own money to complete the purchase.
- Buying property in a short sale: Usually completed within 60 to 90 days, short sales are another type of real estate deal that can require investors to come up with cash fast.
