- You will upload all pertinent documents or appraisals online or send them to us via email.

- If you want to accept the loan offer, you will sign the term sheet and send it back to COHI.
- COHI will, then, schedule and complete a site visit.
- A title company of your choice will issue preliminary title insurance.
- The loan documents will be sent to title, so the loan can be closed and funded.
This lending process generally takes 1 to 2 weeks or 7 to 14 days.
